I practice art at my home studio in Austin, Texas. I have been an Austin resident for 38 years, originally moving to Austin to participate in  UT's MFA program. 

I have been in numerous open studio tours. I've also exhibited my work at local businesses and other Austin establishments.
Still lifes and interior scenes are major interests of mine. I also paint abstracts and landscapes. My paintings are inspired by and based on set ups in my studio, drawings, and photos. I strive to use inventive perspective and color, personal meaning, playfulness, and other elements to produce paintings that energize and reinterpret these genres.
